Standard Shipments

• The shipping will be done by our own fleet for all local deliveries and will be charged BD1.2 per shipment all over the kingdom of Bahrain except Zallaq & Durrat Al Bahrain will be charged at BHD 3 per shipment.

• The local delivery charge will be BHD 1.2 per shipment for which the customer is liable to pay the charges.

• The timing might vary from 24 hours to 48 hours depending upon the product category.

• Major Domestic Appliances (MDA) items might take 3 to 4 working days and the delivery will be done by vendor/ seller itself.

  
  

Express Shipment

• The charge for Express Delivery is BHD 3/- and deliveries will be done within 2 to 3 hours depend upon if the order is placed before 6 pm (Bahrain Time).

• Express Delivery is only available in within the Kingdom of Bahrain.

International Shipment

• For Deliveries outside the kingdom of Bahrain will be done through our delivery carriers/ partners like DHL, Aramax, Safeway & SMSA and the price will be as per the standard delivery price from our delivery partners.

• Shipping charges will be borne by the customer and delivery timing depends upon the product categories and will be done within 7 to 30 working days.

About Customs, Duties & Taxes

• When ordering from eDukkaan.com, you're responsible for assuring the product can be lawfully imported to the destination Recipients of international shipments may be subject to import taxes, fees, and customs duties (hereafter, Import Fees), levied by the customs office of your shipping destination. Import Fees vary according to the customs regulations of the destination country.

Free Shipments

• For any kind of free shipping, it will be notified with the product description or by applying any FREE Shipping Coupon Code.

In case of Order Cancellations

• Delivery/Shipping charge will not be refundable in case the order is cancelled by the Customer after 2 hours of ordering for standard deliveries and within 30 mins in case of express deliveries.

• Ordered amount, VAT charges, Shipping charges and card payment transaction fees charges will be deducted before proceedings for the returns.

• The cancelled ordered amount will be refunded back to the same mode of payment.

• In the case of E-Gift card, the amount will be refunded back to E-Gift card only.

• While asking for a refund, kindly mention the Card holder name as the amount will be refunded back to the same card holder depend upon the bank process to credit back the amount and will be done between 15 days to 30 days as per bank policy.

• Customer will get the notification at the registered email or email used while placing the order.
