• Return any unused, undamaged, or defective merchandise within 7 days of the order delivery date and you will be refunded the original form of payment. Returns made after 7 days of the order delivery date confirmed by your tracking number cannot be refunded.

• Settled amount will be credited back to the original form of payment and Refunds will be done within 30 days of date of purchase or settlement date.
  

• Item is in original packing condition.

• The product/s should be accompanied by the original Sales Invoice for Return and Exchange.

• The product/s must be in unused and unopened condition, with all the original packaging material, accessories, manuals, registration cards, free of cost (FOC)/bundled product/s and promotional vouchers.

• Return or Exchange on Major/Medium Home Appliance, Large panel Audio/Video product/s will be done based on the manufacturer’s authorized service center’s investigation report and approval.

• Customer to inspect product/s PRIOR to signing the Proof of Delivery (POD) document and before the delivery agent’s departure. Any product/s delivered, signed and/or accepted and subsequently reported damaged or broken such claims will not qualify for return & exchange or Warranty Terms and conditions.

• Product/s purchased through credit/debit card will be refunded ONLY to the same credit/debit card used for the transaction.

• Service, delivery, and installation charges are non-refundable once performed and acknowledged by the Customer.

• The product/s must be in unopened/sealed condition.

• Item purchased through vouchers, credit card or through installment service cannot be refunded in cash and it can be exchanged with eDukkaan voucher.

• The offers item can be returned with the purchased item if the offers item is still in the original condition, otherwise its price will be deducted.

• A technical report from the Authorized Service Center might be required prior to replacement.

• The return and exchange period are calculated from the date of delivery.

• Return, Exchange, and warranty service extend within the geographical boundaries of the country in which the product was purchased.

  
  

  The Return and Exchange are not applicable:

• If the packaging is incomplete or the product damaged or scratched.
• if the original packaging is opened or tampered with.
• Customized/special order product/s, apparels, personal care, and hygiene product/s
• Online Activation Code is scratched or redeemed.
• If the VAT is refunded against the Invoice.
