·      Return or Exchange on Major/Medium Home Appliance, Large panel Audio/Video product/s will be done based on the manufacturer’s authorized service center’s investigation report and approval.

·       Accessory, Battery, print head, Perfume, Toy, Stationary, Furniture, Home Decor, Linen, Apparel, Cosmetics, Grocery, and any Consumable product/s are not covered under warranty.

·      Warranty becomes invalid if the product/s has been opened or tampered with by an unauthorized service center, Liquid, or Physical Damages.

·       The product page is updated regularly based on the latest information.

·     In case you make an online order that includes large and small appliances together, delivery might take place in different shipments at different times.

·    You must check and read the owner manual before using the product to make sure it meets all safety, security, and electrical local requirements.

·     All products sold by us have received quality control approvals and are deemed to be functional when shipped by us. After (15) days from the date you receive the product, if there is any problem with the purchased product, it is recommended to directly contact manufacturer’s authorized service center in BAHRAIN to get repair for the product.

·      Please note that the refund process will take a maximum period of 15 working days from the date of refund request.

·      While the website strives to provide accurate product information (such as stock availability, pricing, product features, images, and specifications) and services information, typographical errors may occur.

General Exclusions

·       Delays arising because of non-availability of spare parts, import restrictions of respective countries etc will have no liability on eDukkaan.com.

·      Any defect caused because of improper usage, negligence, transit/transportation damage and willful misuse.

·     Video/audio head, plugs, batteries, control knobs, connecting cords, remote control, cartridges, cabinets, smart cards, dust bags, air/water filters, fuses, light bulbs, fluorescent tubes, related starters, attachments, belt, cables, light covers or rain other consumables as applicable.

·     Loss or damage caused by fire, explosion, flood, earthquake, accident, sand, water or other natural calamities, voltage fluctuations, wrong power supply, video head cleaning, corrosion, rust or stain or any problem with supply of electricity, gas or water, theft, attempted theft, accidental damage.

·       Modification/alteration of any sort made to circuitry, original design of the appliance.

·       Liability for losses is accepted strictly as per the manufacturer’s warranty conditions.

·       Any defect that is not initially covered by the manufacturer or supplier warranty.

·       Any appliance, which has been used for commercial or rental purposes.

·    Routine maintenance, cleaning lubrication, adjustments or alignments, overhaul, accessories, modification, unauthorized repairs by third party, de-scaling, gas refilling and AC maintenance & Service

·       Loss or damage caused by wear and tear, normal deterioration, wrong usage, or defect due to no usage.

·       Any loss or damage to a person or property, direct, consequential, or incidental damages arising from the use of an inability to use the appliance.

·       Loss or damage to recording media, software or data, software defects or software generated problems.

·       Cosmetic damage includes but is not limited to damage to paintwork or dents or scratches.

·       Visiting, service, checking and labor costs are not covered if no manufacturing fault is found in the appliance.
